"RISING STAR" SEARCH
Cascade
Symphony is seeking a talented young pianist to perform at the Children's
Concert in February, 2010. This "rising star" must be between 7 and 12 years
of age.

SCHOLARSHIP
WINNERS
Congratulations to Erika Burns, Sung Eun Kang, and Kathleen
Shin, winners of the 2009 Cascade Symphony Scholarships, and to Rachel Wong,
the first winner of the prestigious Mori Simon Scholarship.
Positions are
available in the violin, viola and bass sections. Cellists may audition for
the sub list. Auditions will be held on August 17. See the
